Standard Pack Project Methodology

Our Business Central standard implementation pack uses a unique methodology in which the vendor is not the main player within the project. This makes it possible to reduce outsourcing costs by diminishing your reliance on vendors. In addition, by standardizing the business flows that are often needed by many companies and selecting the necessary business scopes, the system can be used without functional customization. This method also helps to reduce the need to personalize specific user tasks onsite.

The typical ERP implementation process is broken down into six phases. At SYSCOM, we narrow these phases down to the two phases that require specialized skills in Dynamics, which are Configuration and Migration (#2 and #5 in the figure below). For the other phases, we provide remote Q&A support for our customer to perform themselves.

Each phase uses a methodology that leverages our previous deployment experience. Starting with data collection using standard templates, the workshop phase is performed on the customer side based on a manual we prepare. We then provide rehearsals for production operation while performing UAT in the test environment.

The implementation schedule is a customer-centered project, so our customers can always adjust the schedule. The schedule can also be introduced faster than normal implementation which can reduce outsourcing costs.
