Background: Implementation of ERP following the opening of new office/plant in the U.S.
REQUIREMENTS
The opening of a new office/plant in the U.S. brought about the need for ERP. The head office in Japan recommended implementing a Dynamics AX-based global standard policy template, which required an understanding of the details of the policies for U.S. localization.
RESULTS
The new plant was able to begin operating on schedule with no issues.
Successful localization of the global template, tailored to meet U.S. requirements.
Efficient accounting closings as a result of applying the head office’s standard accounting policies and integration with the DIVA system in Japan.
